Bite-Sized Balance: A Belonging Circle for Nervous System Nourishment

Hosted by Kate in collaboration with Cascadia Stack

Join us for an evening of connection, reflection, and creative resilience-building. This online Belonging Circle offers a non-clinical, yet therapeutic space to process the emotional weight of living through the polycrisis, including eco-anxiety, uncertainty, and the quiet overwhelm of caring deeply.

Together, we’ll explore somatic practices for self-regulation and co-create a personalized "nourishment menu," a toolkit of grounding activities you can return to when stress hits. You’ll leave with more than insights; you’ll leave with something tactile, supportive, and made by you, for you.

✧ This is not group therapy- it’s a safe, supportive space to slow down, speak honestly, and remember you’re not alone.
✧ Please bring paper, markers, colored pencils, or any creative materials you’d like to use.
✧ All are welcome, whether you want to share, listen, or simply be.
