Turn your idea into a working software prototype in one day using AI.
Riga Vibe Coding Day is a hands-on innovation sprint organised by WindHackers. Bring an idea, learn from experienced vibe coders, test your assumptions, and build something you can show. Curious beginners, designers, domain specialists, and developers are all welcome. No coding experience is required.
You’ll use natural-language prompts and AI tools to create and refine your prototype, with practical guidance throughout the day.
🚀 Choose what to build
Your Vibe: Open track
Bring your own idea: a personal tool, creative project, workflow improvement, or startup concept.
Riga Vibe: Public-benefit track
Build something useful for Riga’s residents or visitors. Mobility, accessibility, and community tools are examples for inspiration, not required themes.
👥 Build with a team
Projects are built in teams of 2 to 4 people. You can apply with an existing team or apply individually.
If you apply on your own, join our online onboarding and matchmaking session on 22 October to meet potential teammates. Participation on sprint day requires a team of at least two.

24 October, 09:30 to 20:00: Sprint day at Double9 Coworking, Riga
All times are Riga local time. Registration is an application. Selected participants will be notified on 22 October.
⏱️ What happens on sprint day
09:30: Welcome and orientation
10:15: Real case studies and practical workshops
11:15: Idea and problem validation workshop
12:30: Define your prototype and break for lunch
13:30: Hands-on AI prototyping with expert support
16:30: Test, gather feedback, and improve
18:00: Team demos and awards
19:30: Networking and celebration
At the end of the day, teams will demonstrate what they built and share what they learned. Prizes will be revealed at the event.

Participation is free.
The event will be held in English.
Participants must be 18 or older.
Bring a laptop and charger.
You may arrive with an idea and background research. Prototype development must happen during the event; projects already in development are not eligible.
