​​​One-hour community dance event. Unwind, shake off the week, & disconnect from the screen. Let go of your jaw, relax your belly, and feel your feet.

​​​The event is a blend of stretching, and free-form movement to destress from the week, and get your body feeling alive.

​​​15 min: Stretch.

​​​45 min: Move + dance off the week.

​​​15 min: Cool down.

​​​No choreography. Just good vibes, great beats, and space to move however you wish.
