Our Guest (January)
To kick off 2026, our guest is Jason Chung, founder and CEO of Tochigami, a marketplace platform revolutionizing how buyers find real estate agents —eliminating the $18B annually wasted on cold leads that never convert.
A licensed Hawaii real estate broker with over a decade of industry experience, Jason built and scaled a sales team to $60M in volume before founding Tochigami in 2022. His deep insider knowledge of the broken lead generation system drove him to create a better solution.
Jason previously founded Honolulu Best Realtor (2021-2023), scaling it to $60M in sales while managing 15+ agents, and launched Oahu Virtual Tour during COVID when the industry needed it most. He also founded and operated Anuenue Tea, a specialty tea shop, learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition and small business operations.
His unique combination of real estate expertise, entrepreneurial track record, and PropTech innovation makes him a sought-after voice on marketplace dynamics, real estate technology, and founder-market fit.
