Open Batch Unconference - How to Match Your Startup Ambitions

Scaling your company is one thing. Scaling yourself is often the limiting factor. You can run endless sales calls, discovery, and product builds to reach PMF, but if you don't uplevel yourself along the way, you'll hit the same roadblocks!
Amy Buechler, YC's first in-house Founder Coach, has watched this play out with thousands of founders and built an entire coaching process around it. She opens the night with a 75-minute coaching session on how to close the gap between where you are today and where you want your company to be.
After the workshop, then we deep dive. Founders pitch topics, and break into focused conversations with peers who are either working through the same things or have already solved them. Two rounds, five topics per round, then we report back to the group before dinner!
The Environment
We're hosting this in an art gallery filled with Bay Area artists, from children living in shelters, to work that has sold at Christie's, to AI researchers and Apple execs who paint on the side. Evelisa, the curator, will share more about the space and how it was designed to both inspire and ground the people building what comes next!
