Print Club: Linocut Stamps
Join us for an evening of lino cut stamp making— an exploration into the world of block printing. We'll craft one of a kind lino stamps for endless use in your journal, on letters, for scrapbooking, etc, the options are truly endless<3
We'll cover the basics of stamp carving and printing before bumping the tunes and letting your creativity run wild.
All carving tools, and printing materials are included. You will leave with up to (2) 2x2in stamps or (1) 3x4in stamp to use forever, along with both paper and fabric swatches designed with your custom made stamp!
We'll end the evening with our iconic print party sharing and trading prints with other attendees, so you get to leave with other people's art as well <3
It will be the perfect screen free evening of hands on making in community!
Print club is open to all levels— beginners will get a more thorough demo and experienced printers are free to jump right in.
Beverages provided, and snacks will be available for purchase.

Getting Here
What can I expect from a club at RecCreate?
We design all of our clubs at RecCreate to feel like going over to a friends apartment for a craft hang where they took care of grabbing all the materials and show you the basics before the music starts bumping! Our emphasis is on process, play and community building, with conversation prompts throughout.
As with all RecCreate events, you can expect to go on this journey with a room full of lovely strangers. We’ll offer opportunities for connection throughout our time— encouraging the spirit of the collective. It is (so) much more fun to get to create together.
Getting Here
The venue is a ~hidden~ art studio located at 20 Grand ave in brooklyn on the 6th floor of a commercial building! When you arrive, buzz #604, push to open and take the elevator up to 6 (push the elevator button until it turns red.!!) Take a right out of the elevator, and a left at the end of the hallway. The door will be the first one on your right.
Cancelation Policy
Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend or swap it on our ticket swap board. Just tell them to use your name!
Please note! All events have a minimum capacity required to run in order to provide the best experience possible <3 Though it’s rare, on the off chance that this minimum is not met, we’ll reach out 48hrs prior about a reschedule or refund.

Age Restriction & Dogs
All guests must be 18+ to attend and though we love your pups, unfortunately cannot have them in the studio!
