Critique is a skill, but it's rarely taught. We spend years learning to ship products and almost no time learning to evaluate them: looking at someone's work and saying what's working, what isn't, and whether it should advance. PMs run product reviews one way, designers run critiques another, and EMs sit somewhere in between.
In this Club, we'll talk about how teams actually decide what's good enough to ship, where the line falls between "go" and "not yet", and the rituals that make these conversations honest instead of polite. Bring one product review ritual you swear by, and one you'd never do again.
