COME BACK TO LOVE - GONG BATH FOR THE WOMB AND THE HEART
If your body is holding something your mind cannot process, this is for you.
On May 20th, Studio Plantasia holds a special sound ceremony to release imprints of masculine hurt held in the body.
Alex Sajko, psychoanalyst and sound therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting women through trauma, loss and transformation, will be guiding the session.
Sound moves where words cannot, working on a cellular level to clear traumatic memories from past experiences, whether individual, ancestral or karmic. Gongs are uniquely powerful instruments for accessing deep emotional layers and breaking subconscious patterns.
This is a deep and intentional 2-hour experience for those ready to feel, release and come back to themselves. The result is not abstract but physical and emotional. You will feel lightness, clarity and space. The shift is immediate and opens new possibilities to reconnect with your body, your energy and your story.
What to bring
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing that allows you to fully relax and lie down with ease. We recommend layering, such as soft trousers, long sleeves and a warm sweater, and bringing a pair of cozy socks, as the body temperature tends to drop during the session.
We will provide cushions and blankets for your comfort.
A warm tea will be served both before and after the session, allowing time to arrive gently and integrate the experience.
Important
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Doors will close 10 minutes prior to the beginning, and late entry will not be permitted in order to preserve the integrity of the experience.
Tickets are non-refundable.
No shoes allowed inside the studio.
This session is not suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe PTSD, psychotic episodes, serious heart conditions, strong sound sensitivities or recent major surgeries.
For safety and proper integration, the session is held sober. No alcohol or drugs.
