Sohini Mallick is Managing Director of RudraX Technologies (London) and CTO of its global arm — an applied-AI company building systems for high-stakes, resource-constrained environments across defence and preventive healthcare. An engineer-turned-founder, she shipped critical systems at Target before an Oxford MBA, then founded RudraX to put serious engineering behind other founders' ideas. Her current focus is adaptive AI — models that keep learning after deployment, built for the real-world settings where conventional approaches struggle. She was named in CIO Views' "10 Most Innovative Tech Leaders Making a Difference" (2025).
