Being a founder is often a solo journey, but your Tuesday afternoon doesn't have to be. For our May session, we’re returning to the cozy atmosphere of The Pond for a flowy co-working afternoon designed for queer FLINTA* founders, creatives, and the "curious-but-not-yet-started". We’ll create an open space where you can find the balance you need: deep work, peer support, or expert perspective.
Choose Your Own Flow
The afternoon is yours to use however feels right for your current project:
Get Your Stuff Done: Bring your laptop and tap into the collective focus of a room full of peers.
Peer Support: We’ll start with an informal intro round to see who’s in the room and identify common topics. Whether you're navigating a specific tool or a strategic hurdle, there’s likely someone nearby who can help.
The "Open Office" Chat: Monique (SHE/THEY Hub Lead) and Teresa (Strategic Advisor) will be there to support you and available for chat and brain picking.
Teresa has years of experience with funding, business ideas and how things get off the ground. She’s available for easy and honest chats if you want to test an idea or figure out your next step.
Monique is working at the intersection of systems, community, and queer entrepreneurship — with experience in operations, project management, event production, EU funding, and building spaces like SexTech Nordics and She/They CPH. Happy to think through whatever you're working on.

The Pond is an LGBTQIA+ bookstore serving coffee and drinks in a community-centric space. It is a safe haven to explore queer voices, get cozy, and organize. They are dedicated to providing a space for queer people to grow, connect, and rest.

The SHE/THEY Club is a Europe-based community for queer female* and non-binary* start-up founders and their supporters, providing :
🔹 Network – Local startup-focused meetups - for club members, friends, queers and the start-up ecosystem
🔹 Knowledge – Sharing startup wisdom in digital masterclasses, mentoring sessions and more
🔹 Opportunities – Sharing relevant funding, events, and stage slots for club members
We exist because queer female* and non-binary* founders still face extra hurdles in the startup space – less funding, fewer connections, and more barriers. We’re here to shift that, so you can dive into your #QUEERBOSSENERGY.
