​The Grounding Room is a monthly ritual held on the 30th of each month in the West LA area — to slow down, reflect, and realign to help you:

Together, we’ll reflect on what’s calling to be created in 2025, uncover the values that will guide us, and set intentions that feel aligned and spacious — not forced. Through meditation, journaling, and ritual, you’ll begin the year rooted in clarity and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
