Digital Her Summer Social
Hosted by CTI Digital, the Digital Her Summer Social will address careers, change and AI: honest perspectives from women leading and building in tech.
An evening for women and gender nonconforming professionals working in, entering or exploring careers across Greater Manchester’s digital and tech sector.
Our Summer Socials are designed to create space for genuine connection, but we also know that the most useful conversations often start when someone shares what they are seeing and learning from inside the industry.
Hosted with CTI Digital, this event will bring together three women working across business leadership and software engineering to share different perspectives on building a career in tech, leading through change and how AI adoption is beginning to influence their roles, teams and organisations.
We will hear from:
Katie Livingstone, General Manager, CTI Digital
Katie will share her progression from project management roles into senior business leadership, alongside what she is seeing as organisations respond to AI and wider technology change.
Kat Dixon, Lead Software Engineer, .NET & Mobile, CTI Digital
Kat will offer a practical engineering perspective on how tools, expectations and ways of working are evolving.
Ali Hover, Lead Software Engineer, Drupal, CTI Digital
Ali will share her experience of building a technical career and what AI adoption means within established platforms, delivery teams and client environments.
This will not be a technical AI session or a formal careers panel. It is an open conversation about the realities of working and progressing in tech now, followed by time to meet and connect with women from across the Digital Her community.
Come for the insight. Stay for the conversation and the connections.
