​Tickets for this event are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Because our workshops have very limited seats and each guest has a designated seat & personalized name tag prepared in advance, we’re unable to offer cancellations or exchanges. However, if something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please let us know as early as possible so we can update the details smoothly.
