​This Online Builder Setup & Office Hours session is a fully remote, hands-on prep event designed to make sure every participant is technically ready for Vibe Coding: New Year Builder Kickoff the following day. We’ll help you install, configure, and validate the full AINative toolchain, create your developer accounts, and get unblocked before the hybrid build day begins.

​If you’ve ever lost half a hackathon to installs, keys, or environment issues — this session exists to prevent that.
