As 2026 starts winding down, I'm not interested in another conversation about whether we accomplished every goal on our list. I want to talk about something much more interesting: Who did you become along the way?
It’s time for some reflection. Let’s reflect on the unexpected wins, disappointments, pivots, lessons, changes, and surprises that shaped our year. Maybe something you desperately wanted in January doesn't matter anymore. Maybe something completely unexpected became one of the best parts of your year.
And maybe there are a few unfinished goals that don't need to be labeled failures at all. Let's have an honest Q4 conversation about what 2026 taught us and what we're quietly proud of, even if the year didn't go according to plan. And when does it ever go as planned?
