Clean & Learn with CSFN & Europe Direct Luxembourg City

​In collaboration with Clean Something for Nothing (CSFN), we are planning a community clean-up activity in Luxembourg City as part of our broader initiative linking environmental awareness with creative reuse.

​The clean-up will be part of the “Clean N’ Learn” series, under a special edition titled “Clean N’ Learn with EUROPE DIRECT Luxembourg City.” This event will bring together volunteers to actively contribute to improving the urban environment while engaging with key sustainability themes.

​Beyond the clean-up itself, the activity will also serve as an opportunity to introduce participants to our upcoming workshop and present the work of EUROPE DIRECT. Through CSFN’s network of over 400 users in Luxembourg, the event will reach an engaged community already committed to environmental action.

​The materials collected during the clean-up will serve, again, a dual purpose. First, they will contribute to a communication campaign illustrating the scale and nature of waste generated in everyday life. Following this, selected items will be cleaned and prepared for reuse in a creative workshop taking place later in June, where participants will transform waste into artistic pieces.

​Overall, the initiative combines civic participation, environmental responsibility, and creative expression, fostering a deeper understanding of waste and its impact while empowering individuals to be part of the solution.
