The Secrets Every Digital Health Founder Needs to Know About Sales
Selling into healthcare is different.
Long sales cycles, complex buying committees, unclear decision-making processes, competing priorities, and difficulty proving value can stall even the most promising digital health solutions.
Join the Digital Health Sales Institute (DHSI) for an interactive workshop designed to help digital health founders better understand what it really takes to navigate enterprise healthcare sales and move opportunities forward.
Led by Kirk Barnes, Founder of the Digital Health Sales Institute and TransPharMed Commercialization Lab, this session will explore practical strategies for identifying why deals stall, understanding healthcare buyers, strengthening your value proposition, and approaching enterprise sales more strategically.
You'll walk away with actionable insights you can apply to your own sales pipeline, including how to better prepare for buyer conversations, identify key stakeholders and blockers, communicate measurable value, and establish clearer next steps toward a signed deal.
Who should attend?
Digital health founders, CEOs, commercial leaders, healthcare innovators, and entrepreneurs looking to sell more effectively into hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
A select number of founders may also have the opportunity to receive live coaching on an active or stalled healthcare sales opportunity.
