Join Trinity for a 90-minute flexibility session designed to help you safely and steadily work toward your front and middle splits. Whether you’re just starting or feeling stuck, this class focuses on building the strength, mobility, and control you need to actually make progress.
We’ll move through a full-body warm-up, targeted drills, and a mix of active and passive stretching to help you open up deeper—without forcing it. Expect guidance, hands-on cues (if applicable), and options for every level.

– Please bring water
– Come dressed comfortably and be open to being filmed (this is a low-cost class as it’s part of an exam)
