Book Launch | Change Anesthesiology —
What if resistance was never the problem?
Seventy percent of change initiatives fail. That number has not moved in twenty years — despite trillions spent, thousands of consultants deployed, and an entire profession built around "overcoming resistance."
Change Anesthesiology: Why Resistance Is Never the Problem introduces a fundamentally different philosophy: you never fight resistance. You dissolve the conditions that create it — so change happens without trauma.
Join us for an evening of conversation, ideas, and connection as the book launches.
