About Event

We’re creating something magical for women in People, Talent and Culture.

We’re launching this retreat in response to a moment of real change — in how we work, how we lead, and what’s being asked of us.

And alongside that, we’re seeing a growing ache amongst women.

A desire to come together in safe, honest spaces.
To step out of the noise.
To reconnect to themselves.
And to lead in a way that actually reflects who they are in this new era.

This open house is a chance to explore that — and to get a feel for the retreat Ruth and Ness are hosting together.

Across three days, the retreat is designed to help you:

  • Reconnect to who you are beneath the roles and expectations

  • Get clear on what you actually want next

  • Find and use your voice in the places that matter most

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What the retreat experience will actually be like — from the flow of the days to the kind of work we’ll be doing together

  • Why identity, self-trust, and voice are at the centre of how we think about leadership

  • What it looks like to stop second-guessing yourself and start backing your decisions

  • How this work translates into real conversations, boundaries, and leadership moments

  • What tends to shift for women when they step into this kind of space

  • How to know if this is the right next step for you

Expect honest conversation, not a presentation.

This is a facilitated discussion designed for reflection, real dialogue, and the kind of thinking that only happens in a room where people feel safe enough to go there.

Please register only if you can attend and are interested in joining us on retreat May 22nd to May 25th in the UK.

I’m a tech executive and AI transformation consultant who believes the future belongs to leaders who think critically, adapt boldly, and stay deeply human. I’ve led People teams at Miro, Gorilla, PwC, Deloitte, and Philips — and now work at the intersection of AI and human intelligence, helping leaders navigate change with clarity and impact.

Ruth Penfold
I’m a former Chief People Officer turned leadership coach, and I believe the future of leadership requires women to lead with boldness, self-trust, and embodied authority. I’ve held senior leadership roles at Shazam, Onfido, and bp Launchpad, and now support women to reconnect to their truth so they can speak up, set boundaries, and lead in a way that actually feels like them.
