​Rebecca Pino, MBA, BFA grew up with two financial advisors as parents, yet still struggled to understand her own financial behavior. That realization led her to earn her MBA in finance and become a licensed financial advisor focused on money psychology and behavioral finance. While in business school, she became fascinated by one thing that keeps people stuck: inertia — the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. That insight became Inertia, a fintech platform designed to help people build better financial habits through behavioral insights and automation. Because real financial transformation doesn’t start with money — it starts with behavior.
