Dance & Connect Barcelona: embrace your femininity & meet like-minded women

​Join us on Saturday, for a welcoming movement workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, explore feminine expression through dance, and meet like-minded women.

​Through guided exercises and movement inspired by dancehall and commercial styles, we’ll explore confidence, self-expression, and body connection in a supportive environment, ending with a choreography together.

​No previous dance experience is needed, all women are welcome 🤍
