What we are: A 2h augmented event for solo founders
Why to join? You have an idea / you have no idea you're a solo founder or what to be one

200+ solo founders have already been through the format across Europe (Tallinn and France) and the US (SF, Colorado) with 2 investments made so far. Now we're bringing it to Tallinn, with the AI in the room helping you find your people and your next sprint.

Day zero is perfect. Pre-company, pre-funding, pre-revenue. A few weeks in with nothing real yet also works.
Any idea counts. B2B SaaS, weird consumer apps, tiny niche tools, lifestyle businesses, AI agents nobody asked for, things that might only ever make $50K a year, things that might be the next big thing. You don't need a unicorn. You don't need to sound like a VC. You just need to be building and have fun.

🛠️ What you'll actually do
Meet other solo founders moving at your speed. Swap what's working and what isn't. Get matched by the app to someone you should know. Commit to a one-week sprint together. Eat, drink, have fun.
You walk in alone. You walk out with a match, a one-week pact, and a few new friends who actually get it.
🕐 The evening (6:00 to 8:30)
6:00 — Doors, food, drinks.
6:10 — Kick off (10 min). Who we are, why we're doing this, and why 2035. 😄
6:20 — Get yourself on the 2035 app, vibe pitch in the 2035 app (30 min). Pitch your idea, pick one up, or build on someone else's. Fast and playful, no polish. Some will finish in 5 minutes, and that's cool, just grab a drink and meet people.
7:00 — Black or White Mirror (10 min). A 5 minute story about the world in 2035, then Q&A. What AI is changing, what kinds of startups are now possible, why now. Bring questions.
7:10 — Show and Tell (10 min). A 5 minute solo founder experience, then Q&A.
7:20 — We announce your solo guild circle and the top solos.
7:20 to 8:30 — Find your circle and commit to back each other for a week. Music and fun.

No cash check at the door this time. Here's how it works instead.
As you go, the AI gives you a score. It's directional, weighted in three equal parts:
1/3 founder profile
1/3 idea potential
1/3 founder and idea fit, your taste
Score above 70 and you're into the One Week monthly Café challenge. Not a program, not a classroom. Just solo founders shipping in public for a week: you log your progress every day, earn points, and climb a live public dashboard. Powered by Circle.
Top the dashboard and you can pick up $10K on a $1M post-money SAFE (US incorporation). Light paperwork, normal checks, case by case. The AI score is an input, not the final call. The money is the spark, not the point.
The real prize is what you leave with: a sprint, a buddy, and a few people worth knowing.
💡 Why we're doing this
We think 2035 can be a better world, but only if enough solo founders build it. AI just made that possible at a scale we've never seen. One person with a laptop and a few agents can now ship what used to take a whole team.
That changes who gets to build. No Stanford MBA, no $5M round, no ten-person team. Just an idea, or the willingness to find one, and a few weeks of focus. Worst case, you try again next week.

Hosted by Franck Nouyrigat, serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Startup Weekend (500K+ founders, 150+ countries, 7,000+ programs, acquired by Techstars, with alumni like Zapier and Rover). Advisor at NoCap (YC W23, the first AI-driven investor, 1,500+ founders across 40+ countries). Co-founder of Massive (joinmassive.com) and Electis (electis.com). His thing is building founder communities at scale.
🧪 The fine print (this is alpha)
Café2035 is an experiment. Like any product, a great event takes a few tries to get right. We're testing how an app, AI matching, and a real room of solo founders work together. A little scary, a lot of fun. Here's the deal on data:
Public LinkedIn. It's how we verify you're real, so get yours up to date.
The event will be recorded. Photos and video, used to share and improve the format.
Some things will be visible to other attendees: your profile, your in-app pitch, your match, and your activity. We use it to improve the format. You control anything beyond that baseline.
Solo founders only. Solo founders, sidefounders, or people who want to become one. Day zero, building with AI.
You're helping build v0.2. The format will keep changing based on what we learn. Your feedback is part of the deal.
