​このサポートセッションは、WebX 2026の開催期間中に実施され、セキュリティインシデントの影響を受けたSecondFi／Yoroiウォレットのユーザーを対象に、1対1のサポートを提供します。

​会場内には専用の相談ブースを設け、専門スタッフが参加者様一人ひとりの状況に合わせた個別サポートやご質問への回答を行います。

​開催時間内であれば、いつでも自由にご来場いただけます（受付順でのご案内となります）。

​つきましては、ご来場前に必ず「SecondFi Wallet Checker」にて、ご自身のウォレットが対象となっているかをご確認ください。受付の際、チェッカーの判定結果画面をご提示いただきます。

​This guidance session will be held during WebX 2026 to provide one-on-one support for SecondFi / Yoroi wallet users affected by the security incident.

Our specialists will be available at dedicated consultation desks throughout the session to answer questions and provide personalized assistance based on each attendee's individual circumstances.

Attendees are welcome to drop in at any time during the session. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

​Please use the SecondFi Wallet Checker before attending to confirm whether your wallet is affected. You'll be asked to present your checker result upon arrival.
