Girl Tech HQ Breakfast Club
THE DOWNLOAD
What Changed. What Matters. What’s Next.
2026 has been a year of a lot.
AI agents went from an interesting idea to actually doing work inside businesses. The way people search for information and discover companies is changing. Content became almost infinitely easy to create. New tools, platforms and business models showed up faster than most of us could reasonably keep track of them.
And we're not done yet.
So on November 7, Girl Tech HQ is getting some smart people around the table to figure out what actually deserves our attention.
The Download is a Saturday morning gathering for founders, entrepreneurs, executives, technologists, creators, operators and curious people who want to understand what's changing across AI, business and technology, and make smarter decisions about what comes next.
Over breakfast, we'll look at the shifts shaping how we build, market, sell, lead and grow heading into 2027.
WHAT CHANGED.
We'll kick off with WTF Happened in AI?, my rapid-fire briefing on the developments that actually mattered this year and the newest shifts happening right now.
Agents. AI-powered search and discovery. Automation. New ways of building products. Changes to how we create and distribute content. The growing role of AI inside everyday business operations.
But knowing what happened is only half the conversation.
The better question is:
So what?
WHAT MATTERS.
This is where we separate signal from noise.
We'll bring in guest speakers and panelists for candid conversations about what's actually working, what they're seeing inside their industries and where they believe business and technology are headed next.
We'll get into questions like:
What should businesses be automating now?
Where is human judgment becoming even more valuable?
How is AI changing the way customers find and choose businesses?
What skills are becoming more important?
Where are new opportunities being created?
And what are smart founders and leaders paying attention to that the rest of us might be missing?
Expect different perspectives, audience Q&A and conversations that go beyond the headlines.
WHAT'S NEXT.
Then we're turning the conversation toward 2027.
Not resolutions.
Decisions.
What are you building?
What are you changing?
What deserves more of your attention?
What are you ready to stop doing?
What relationship, resource, introduction or opportunity could change what happens next?
Because the other half of The Download is the people in the room.
We'll build intentional networking into the morning so you can actually discover who you're sitting next to and why you should know each other.
One of those experiences will be our 2027 Exchange.
You'll come with:
ONE THING YOU'RE BUILDING. ONE THING YOU NEED. ONE THING YOU CAN OFFER.
An introduction. Expertise. A collaborator. A recommendation. Access. A resource. A client. An opportunity.
Then we'll see what happens when an entire room starts connecting the dots.
WHO'S IN THE ROOM?
Founders. Entrepreneurs. Business owners. Executives. Technologists. Creators. Consultants. Operators. Investors. Community leaders.
People building interesting things and people who want to know the people building them.
Girl Tech HQ centers women in business and technology, and our events are open to everyone. Men who build with, hire, invest in, collaborate with and champion women are welcome in the room.
