​Join Erebor and Eterno Tequila for an exclusive dinner pairing Michelin-starred Japanese cuisine with a one-of-a-kind, exceptionally rare tequila that ages in the bottle, not the barrel. ​The innovation extends to what’s in your glass. Eterno’s patent-pending technology uses oak carefully conditioned with natural enzymes and controlled heat, then sealed inside the bottle with the tequila. This oak substrate is designed to support continued maturation after bottling, allowing the spirit to develop complexity over time while preserving its agave character.
