Round 2 of an event series: "Product Leaders AI Discussion Table" for members of Lenny's Newsletter & friends of the AI Build Club DC.

What does it mean to be on an AI-first product team? How are PMs, designers, and engineers actually collaborating to ship when AI is augmenting every role?
Abhinav Ademmagari (AI Product Manager at The Marketing Cloud) will walk us through how his product team functions in the age of AI.

This will open up the discussion table to speak on topics including:
From writing-first to prototype-first: Engineering cycles used to be the constraint, so PMs wrote spec to plan around it. Now that prototypes are nearly free to generate, what does the PM artifact look like?
What replaces speed as the constraint: If your team decides 3x faster, what becomes the new bottleneck?
The most efficient product shipping unit: The roles between PMs, engineers, and designers are merging. Where do the most valuable skills sit in the new product team?
Who ships new features? Can non-engineers take AI-generated code from design to production?

I'm Nadeen, an AI educator, consultant, and founder of AI Build Club DC. I hosted the first Product Leaders AI Discussion Table at this same Cohabs house in April with 10 attendees. We had so much fun, I decided to host a round 2.
