Ever wonder what could change if we truly aligned our hearts and minds?

This summer, Sabeel is bringing something special to the community: The Mindful Heart, a Friday night series in collaboration with MAS Central Jersey! This gathering is all about working on our hearts and minds, transforming how we show up for ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.

Through deep, honest conversations, we’ll explore how inner awareness, emotional intelligence, and spiritual growth are essential to our journey as Muslims. So come through, unwind after a long week, and share space with a beautiful community. You don’t want to miss it!

Doors open at 7:45, program begins at 8:15pm.
