Calisthenics Playground Berlin is a community meetup for people who enjoy moving their bodies and training together outdoors.
Each session focuses on bodyweight training, skill practice, and playful movement on the bars — all in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
Whether you're working on your first pull-up, improving your strength, or practicing advanced skills, the goal is simple:
Move, learn, and enjoy the process together.
No pressure, no competition — just good vibes and a community of people who enjoy training outdoors. 💪
What to Expect
Warm-Up & Activation 🔥We start with a guided warm-up to activate the body and prepare the joints for training.
Calisthenics Training 💪A structured session covering classic bodyweight movements such as pulls, pushes, core work, and skill practice on the bars.
Optional Food After 🍔If people feel like it, we can grab some food or drinks together after the workout.
Who Is This For?
All levels are welcome 🙌
Whether you're new to calisthenics or already experienced on the bars, exercises can be adapted to your level.
Where
The session will take place at a central calisthenics park in Berlin.
To keep things flexible depending on weather and crowd levels, the exact location will be shared 24 hours before the event.
Duration
The structured training session lasts around 90 minutes.
After that, you’re welcome to stay longer to keep training, practice skills, or just hang out with the group.
