How Go-to-Market Teams Are Leveraging Netlify
Netlify's Chief Revenue Officer RTL rebuilt the framework he uses to run the business, pulling every revenue system into one place.
He recently shared about this post and received a ton of engagement and enquires about how he got there.
Watch him walk through it live in this workshop.
Most revenue leaders run the business from a pile of dashboards that never quite agree. But RTL decided to stop doing that.
He rebuilt PADRE, the operating framework he used to run the business at Zuora, on Netlify.
Instead of stacking more Salesforce dashboards, PADRE pulls straight from Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake, which brings in product and billing data from Amplitude, ClickHouse, Orb, and the Netlify product itself.
Every Friday, it publishes a report to Notion for the field to read.
The result is the whole business on one screen, built from systems that had never been in the same view before.
RTL joins KP to walk through it live and share how GTM teams can build the tools they need to drive revenue, cut costs, and move faster.
What you'll see:
Where PADRE came from, and why he rebuilt it instead of buying another BI tool
Pipeline ratios, AE productivity, key deals, and forecast in one view
Renewals versus upsells, hot lead trajectory, and deal checklists
How he built the subscription business model into it
Live Q&A, so bring the report you'd rebuild first
Speakers:
Richard Terry-Lloyd (RTL), Chief Revenue Officer, Netlify. Karthik Puvvada (KP), Head of Community, Netlify.
