About Event

Everyone's talking about Claude, but you've never really opened it. Or you tried it once, got a generic answer and closed the tab.

You're not behind. You just haven't had three quiet hours to sit down with it properly.

So we're doing something about it.

This is a hands-on workshop for marketers starting from zero. Laptops open, real work on the table, and only 12 seats so everyone gets help with their own stuff. Three hours, one focus: using Claude on the work you actually have.

📅 Saturday 31 October, 10:00 to 13:00
📍 Mesh Nationaltheatret, Oslo
👥 12 seats 💸 2,700 kr per person

Who it's for

Marketers, content creators, founders and freelancers who have never used Claude, or who have only scratched the surface. No tech background needed.

You'll spend the morning with eleven other people who work in marketing in Oslo, which is half the reason to come.

The morning

10:00 · Welcome and goals Who we are, what you'll learn, and what you'll have built by 13:00. Quick round: which marketing task would you like to do faster?

10:10 · What is Claude, and what can marketers do with it? Claude explained simply. What it's great at and where you stay in charge. Real examples: research, content, emails, briefs, analysis and planning. And the plain difference between Claude and ChatGPT.

10:30 · Meet Claude, guided tour The full tour of the interface. Starting a conversation, choosing the model, attaching documents and images, using web search, and what Projects, Artifacts and Skills are. The difference between a normal chat and a Project, where to find your old conversations, which information to keep off the platform, and what changes between the free and the paid plan.

10:55 · Break ☕

11:05 · How to talk to Claude Why short prompts give generic answers. A simple structure you can reuse: context + task + audience + format + examples. A weak prompt and a full one, side by side, live. How to keep improving inside the same conversation instead of starting again, and how to ask Claude to critique its own work.

11:25 · Hands-on #1, your real marketing task You pick one: a LinkedIn post, an email, a campaign idea, a content plan or a brief. You write the prompt, get the result, then do a second round to improve it. We're walking the room the whole time.

11:50 · Share and move Everyone stands up. You compare your result with someone else's, two or three get shared with the room, and together we name what made the difference.

12:00 · Break ☕

12:10 · Build your first Claude Project What a Project is and when it's worth making one. We build one live, step by step, so you can follow along: brand information, audience, goals, tone of voice, the words you use and the words you avoid, content examples and the Project instructions.

12:30 · Hands-on #2, build and test your own You set up your own Project, put the task from the first exercise back in, and compare the two results side by side. Then one last pass using Claude as your editor.

12:50 · Keep the human in the loop The quick checklist before anything goes out. Is the information right? Does it sound like us? Is it too generic? Are there claims we need to verify? Is there anything private in here? Would I publish this with my name on it?

12:57 · Wrap-up What you learned, what to practise this week, a look at the advanced workshop, and a photo.

What you leave with

  • A Claude Project set up with your brand, your audience and your tone of voice

  • One real piece of your own work, improved twice in the room

  • A prompt structure you can reuse on anything: context, task, audience, format, examples

  • A short checklist to run before you publish

  • A clear idea of what to practise during the week

What to bring

Your laptop and charger.

A Claude account with an active paid plan, Pro or higher. Please set this up and sign in before Saturday, so we spend the morning working instead of creating accounts. Three hours of hands-on work uses a lot of messages, and a free account runs out partway through. Browser or desktop app, whichever you prefer. We'll send you a simple setup guide when your seat is confirmed, plus a reminder two days before.

One real piece of work you'd like to improve. An email, a product text, a LinkedIn post, a campaign idea or a brief you're working on right now. Pick something you're happy to show the person sitting next to you, because at 11:50 you'll be comparing results.

Coffee, tea and something to eat throughout the morning. We finish at 13:00, in time for lunch.

Meet your workshop hosts

Barbara Casique is a marketing strategist and Claude expert with nearly 10 years of experience across brand building, content, digital campaigns and international market launches. She uses Claude daily to research, develop strategies and turn complex ideas into marketing people can understand and act on.

Gabriela Staccioli Aguiló is a social media strategist, community builder and Claude expert specialising in content, digital communication and audience engagement. She uses Claude to build stronger ideas, create better content and develop more efficient marketing workflows.

Together we founded Women in Marketing Oslo. Our first event filled the room with 114 marketers, and we have run four events this year, all built on the same idea: real work and real conversations between people who do this for a living.

This workshop brings together our practical marketing experience and the Claude workflows we use every day. Everything we teach is built to be used on Monday.

Price and seats

2,700 kr per person.

Bringing someone from your company? The second seat from the same company is 10% off.

12 seats.
