After nearly drowning at Ocean Beach in San Francisco, Jonathan Wan transformed his life journey into completing 13 Ironman races and building Ironmind.ai — a platform focused on mental readiness, resilience, and human performance.
In this session, Jonathan will share how Ironmind.ai is building a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure layer that aggregates wearable, behavioral, contextual, and clinical data into actionable insights for sports medicine and healthcare teams.
Through collaborations from partnerships with NFL Alumni Association, Stanford Spokes Team, and Nitto Denko across the US, Japan, and Singapore, he’ll discuss the real-world challenges of integrating AI, compliance, performance monitoring, and longitudinal health data into scalable healthcare and human performance solutions.
