Join us as we honor the extraordinary life and artistic legacy of Federico Terán, affectionately known as "Fede" to friends and colleagues worldwide.
Federico graduated summa cum laude in design from Iberoamerican University in Mexico City, where he also taught architecture for nearly a decade. His creative journey took an unexpected turn when he entered the music business, helping to launch American musical acts into the Spanish-speaking market. After his time in music, Fede relocated to Miami and returned to his first love, design and architecture, founding Fede Design USA in 2006.
With over 30 years of experience, Federico's distinctive design philosophy brought beauty and sophistication to international projects spanning Dubai, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and throughout the United States. His work encompassed residential homes, restaurants, hotels, yachts, and private jets. He also shared his passion for design with broader audiences through his luxury design television program on Univision Miami.
Beyond his professional achievements, Fede was a mentor, a friend, and a creative soul whose warmth and vision touched everyone who knew him.
