Tashana is a Senior People Associate at Kupa Global, where she helps both candidates and clients navigate the onboarding and placement journey. She’s passionate about building workplaces that are dynamic, adaptable and genuinely people-centred.
With a background in industrial/organisational psychology, she brings experience in coaching, facilitation and leadership-development, helping teams move from good to great by unlocking potential and creating trust-filled environments.
