How AI Is Rewriting the Product Playbook (London Data & AI Product Management meetup #23)
Leadership wants you to "do more with less" and use AI everywhere. Your feed is full of people claiming they've automated entire departments. The tool list grows every week. It's a lot - and most of it is noise.
This month we cut through it with two real stories from two product teams - one on building with AI (how a product org actually changed the way it works), one on building AI products (how a side experiment became a company-wide launch). Less hype, more "here's what actually works, and here's how to start tomorrow."
Whether or not "product" is in your job title, if you're shaping how AI shows up in your work, this evening is for you.

Talk 1 - Building AI-native product teams: Practical lessons from Automata's adoption of AI across the product lifecycle
Most orgs still treat an AI-native operating model as science fiction. Automata is already living in it. Stathis Eleftheriadis (Director of Product Management) shares practical lessons from Automata's adoption of AI across the product lifecycle - rebuilding how Product, Engineering and Design work, the good, the bad, and the ugly, with the commercially sensitive bits kept high-level.
Talk 2 - From side experiment to company-wide launch: Building and launching Monday Vibe
Amichay went from quietly testing AI on his own to launching Monday Vibe - the fastest-growing product in monday.com's history, past $1M ARR in its first 10 weeks. This won't be a product demo. It's the story of how a small experiment became company-wide transformation, told for PMs who aren't sure how to think about disruptive innovation inside their own org.
What you'll walk away with
Two first-hand accounts of AI changing product work - the tooling and the product
A clearer sense of where AI actually moves the needle (and where it's FOMO)
Permission to start small - and proof it works
Concrete first steps you can take the next morning
A room full of peers wrestling with the same thing
Perfect for: product managers, data & AI product leaders, and anyone being asked to "do more with AI" who wants signal over noise.

This month's sponsors
Huge thanks to the partners making this evening possible:
Automata - our hosts for the night. Automata builds LINQ, a lab automation platform that lets scientists design, simulate, and run complex lab workflows through one interface (or a Python SDK), bringing AI into the lab to boost throughput and cut manual work.

About the Data & AI Product community
Data and AI product management is still a young discipline, and there aren't many spaces dedicated to learning from peers.
So we started this meetup in 2023 to change that! Since then, it's grown into a vibrant community with chapters in London, Barcelona, and Paris.
You can meet us in person at these meetups, but also join our global community where we have expert webinars, training courses, job postings, resources, and discussions.
