Live SOP Workshop

​Session Description

​Many housing authorities understand the importance of SOPs but struggle to move from intention to execution. Policies may be outdated, templates may exist, but translating real-day-to-day work into clear, usable procedures often never happens. The result is confusion, compliance risk, and repeated onboarding challenges every time staff turns over.

​This live, interactive workshop builds on our SOPs 101 session by bringing attendees into the SOP creation process together in real time. Participants will take part in a guided workflow walkthrough, help document the steps live, and collectively build an SOP during the session. Along the way, we’ll answer live questions and show how AI can be used responsibly to support documentation, structure, and consistency without replacing staff expertise.

​By the end, attendees will have experienced what effective SOP creation looks like in practice and will leave with a repeatable framework they can use internally across departments.
