WHAT WE CARRY (Session 5): Healing Shame & Reclaiming Belonging & Joy
What parts of ourselves have we learned to hide, shrink, or disconnect from in order to survive or belong?
In our final session, we’ll explore how internalized shame, forced assimilation, social alienation, and cultural disconnection can shape our relationship with ourselves, our identities, and our sense of belonging.
Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to reconnect with one's cultural identity, safety, rest, community, belonging, joy AND reclaim parts of ourselves beyond survival.
