We’re gathering for the eighth time — and this time we’re talking about what’s on every tech professional’s mind: how to actually use AI in your work, not just on slides.

Our speakers:
🔹 Andrew Tsintsiruk https://www.linkedin.com/in/tsintsiruk/— Founder & CEO of Rohic Inc., Managing Partner at Data Strategy Lab (Washington, D.C.). Builds AI-native multi-agent platforms and helps B2B revenue teams move from AI pilots to production systems. Andrew has deep expertise in applied AI, data science, and human-centered AI transformation, teaching prompt engineering and AI prototyping at The AI Upskilling Lab. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from Boston College and certifications in AWS, Agile ScrumMaster, and Data Science from Johns Hopkins University.

🔹 Konstantin Kostenko https://www.linkedin.com/in/kostenko/ — VP of Engineering at a stealth startup in Real World Assets tokenization. Former Consensys & Booz Allen. Co-founder of EulerBeats — the first music NFT platform on blockchain, which Mark Cuban called “the most genius idea.” With 23 years of engineering leadership experience, Konstantin has scaled technical organizations, led a $65M FATCA compliance implementation across 100+ countries, and delivered 4.2 million NFT mints in six days at Consensys. Most recently at Theoriq, he led an AI agent protocol from hackathon stage all the way to mainnet launch and TGE.

🔹 Volodymyr Tkach https://www.linkedin.com/in/volodymyr-tkach/ — PhD in Cybersecurity, Senior Member IEEE, Research Affiliate at MIT GMAF. Former Senior Project Manager at the Cybersecurity Department of the National Bank of Ukraine. Expert in AI Safety, AI Governance & AGI. Author of 40+ peer-reviewed publications on anomaly detection and threat intelligence, Volodymyr has developed and delivered multiple courses on machine learning, data-driven security, and risk management. His research focuses on pattern-free predictive anomaly detection in time series — enabling organizations to identify and prevent threats before they materialize.

💬 What’s on the agenda?

AI as a second brain, rapid prototyping, customer discovery with AI, sales & marketing automation, reducing hallucinations, governance & compliance — and the specific tools that actually work today. We’ll also dive into platforms like OpenClaw and Claude as building blocks for custom AI solutions tailored to your specific needs.

The format is live and hands-on, no unnecessary theory. Bring your questions — expect a lively discussion and afterparty 🍻

The event will take place at the cozy United Help Ukraine office in Fairfax, VA. Thank you for your support!
