​Whether you're back from a trip with a memory card full of stories, or you never left town but still caught that perfect summer light, come join the circle. Le Bivouac is our monthly gathering. A place to set down your bag, refill your cup, and ease back into a little inspiration, connection and community as everyone finds their rhythm again.

​Did you really think we'd let la rentrée arrive without lighting the fire again?

​That's right: Le Bivouac is back for a brand-new season. Same beloved no-strings-attached, come-as-you-are, no-need-to-explain-your-camera-settings (unless you really want to) get-together for photographers in Brussels and beyond. Consider this your gentle re-entry after the summer.

​Besides meeting people who get excited about the same things you do and talking about whatever you fancy (no agendas, no ice-breakers, just good conversation round the proverbial campfire), you'll also get to:

• ​Show off the postcards-in-photo-form from your summer travels, or whatever else you've been shooting

• ​Swap stories from behind the lens, like road trips, hazy landscapes, golden hours, and the shot you almost missed

• ​Trade plans and projects for the season ahead, and find your next burst of motivation

• ​Head home with a fresh spark of inspiration in your pack, ready for whatever comes next

​It doesn't matter if you shoot film or digital, if you're a seasoned pro, a freelance, or someone who simply loves the craft. Whether your camera roll is full of sun-bleached coastlines or Brussels rooftops, if you pick up a camera, there's a spot for you at the fire.
