These workshop series are designed to provide a space where our Hub gathers to discuss the different budget proposals and collectively provide valuable community input to crucial governance decisions.

Workshop attendees feedback is submitted via form, anonymized, and submitted as a comment on http://gov.tools from the North American Community Hub.

​Agenda

• ​Welcome (10 min): Warm introduction, outline budget timeline, and highlight the importance of community and DRep input.

• ​Proposal Selection (10 min): Group discussion to choose 5 Core category proposals for review, ensuring no conflicts of interest. Split evenly if multiple groups.

• ​Group Setup (5 min): For 10+ attendees, form groups of 5, assigning a note-taker and timekeeper per group.

• ​Proposal Exploration (45 min): Groups review proposals using guided prompts (e.g., key features, tradeoffs, value). Feedback captured on flip charts/worksheets (in-person) or GovTool.

• ​Closing Reflection (20 min): Virtual attendees send feedback to DReps via GovTool; in-person note-takers upload to GovTool.
