About Event

Did you know it's Women's Entrepreneurship Day on Thursday the 19th of November? No? Neither did we until Katie Forse told me and I said HOLD MY WINE, I'm building a full day around this!

So that’s exactly what we’re doing. She Means Business for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day is a full day at Stone & Chalk Melbourne built around the real problems women founders are stuck on - not another panel of polished success stories, but a day of actual working sessions with people who’ve been in it.

Here’s how the day breaks down:

Free coworking, all day
Drop in, set up, work alongside other women building businesses. Open to anyone, simply lock in your free ticket via this event. The Selfie Hub Collective will be onsite running free professional headshots throughout the day - clean and unbranded, genuinely yours to use on LinkedIn, your website or speaker profiles.

As part of the free stream + coworking day, we’re hosting a morning coffee with Giant Leap (open to all!) - link coming soon!

From 3:30pm - 4:30pm, Pip Stocks (The Startup Muse) is hosting afternoon tea in the kitchen - also part of the free stream, no separate RSVP needed, just drop in.

All Access Pass - this is where the good stuff is!
A ticketed stream of workshops, focus groups and small circles running through the day, built around the stuff that actually trips founders up - finance, branding, imposter syndrome, raising, and more. Programming incoming with Nikki Tugano (SeenCulture), Rachel Wong (The Finance Hybrid), Katie Forse (Tribu), Jodi Geddes (Brandiie), Sam Freidin (Milkshake Creative), Sonia Kaurah (Tala Thrive & MLAI), Kathryn Priestly (Ask Colin), and Robelen Ryan (Codex Lab).

Evening panel
We’re closing the day with a panel, free to attend - Lauren Oakes (Thursdays), Danielle Pearce (Merry People) and Jodi Geddes (Brandiie, exited Circle In), three founders who’ve actually built, scaled and sold real businesses, talking honestly about what that took: https://luma.com/kpuauyws
