​This month’s gathering is centered on Family Counseling Insights—a thoughtful, peer-driven exploration of the dynamics, responsibilities, and decisions that shape family enterprises and legacy.

​Designed as an intimate, non-solicitation environment, this experience brings together a curated group of families to engage in honest dialogue, shared learning, and meaningful reflection.

​What We Will Explore

​Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• ​Determining the most effective leadership path: family continuity vs. outside expertise

• ​Educating the next generation on the burden, responsibility, and benefits of running a family business
