About the Speaker
Vilde Thoresen Nord is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Sammen om en jobb, a Norwegian non-profit organization working to create stronger pathways into employment for people with international backgrounds and untapped competence.
Since co-founding the organization in 2018, Vilde has worked closely with companies, the public sector, and civil society to build bridges between people, networks, and opportunities. Her work focuses on inclusion, collaboration across sectors, mentorship programs, and innovative approaches to helping more people access meaningful work in Norway.
Vilde is passionate about creating communities and partnerships that strengthen both individuals and society and believes that no single sector can solve inclusion and workforce challenges alone.
