About Event

DHAM DHAM BASICS: intro to digital music production using free and open source tools with Sumugan Sivanesan/@fugitive.radio

The “Dham Dham Method” is a means to collectively learn about rhythm-based digital music production using free and open source tools. It contributes to efforts to empower minority youth in post-war Sri Lanka, and negotiate the challenges of the country’s financial and political crises. Dham Dham has evolved in collaboration with @dreamspace.academy @dreamspace.records @dinoj.m @luciiid____ @sajas_music and #DINACON Digital Naturalism Conference.

Registration is free but mandatory as spots are limited! Please RSVP via the Link in _subkontinent’s bio.

Participants will need a laptop, headphones and should download and install the software beforehand. Details will be sent on registration. It’s also possible to work in pairs or small groups.
