About Event

Jillian Eileen Harris is an artist, coach, and researcher based in Toronto, Canada. She will join us to present her graduate research project Lifecycles, Loss, and Leadership: Designing Regenerative Futures in the Canadian Performing Arts.

For 8 months, she explored what factors shape how performing arts nonprofits navigate organizational change, and what mindsets and practices contribute to more sustainable futures. In this presentation and discussion, we will dig into her findings and see what lessons we can take away for broader civil society.
