How AI-Native Teams Actually Work: Demo Night
Most engineering teams now do a big share of their work with AI agents. Very few have figured out how to work together that way.
During AGNTCon + MCPCon, we're bringing together engineering leaders from AI-native teams for six short, practical demos of how teams build, ship and stay safe with agents: how they share context, hand off work, review what agents did, and keep secrets out of places they shouldn't be.
No keynotes and no slides about the future. Just teams showing what they actually use.

Who it's for
CTOs, heads of engineering and engineering leads whose teams code with Claude, Codex, Cursor or other agents every day, plus AGNTCon speakers and builders. Spaces are limited, so we review registrations to keep the room focused. The exact address in downtown San Jose is shared with approved guests.
Hosted by LeanMCP, who hosted the MCP Dev Summit Speakers' Night at the Vector Institute in Toronto on October 5, with the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF).
This is an independent community event, not an official AGNTCon + MCPCon event.
