Shan is an aerialist, handstand and flexibility coach. She is the founder of FLEXFORM which is all about functional flexibility training to stretch and strengthen our bodies in a fun and rewarding way!
For all levels, emphasizing mindful movement and proper technique to improve our flexibility, range of movement and posture!
KINDFLEX works through activation, mobility, active and passive stretches, so have come and have fun and stretch it out!
