Dr Laurence DELINA - Associate Professor, Division of Environment and Sustainability, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
Dr Delina specialises in climate, energy, and society. His research prioritises just energy transitions and climate resilience. He serves as associate editor for Energy Research & Social Science, Plos Climate, and the Journal of Environmental Studies and Sciences. His work appears in regional newspapers and global media platforms. He has consulted for the United Nations, Oxfam, and others. Ranked among the top 2% most-cited scientists, he holds fellowships from Harvard and LMU Munich, and received the 2024 Early Career Award in environmental studies.
