​The path of a practitioner is a profound and worthwhile journey.

​Sometimes, we may feel that we are walking in solitude.

​At other times, it seems we are stepping into the unexplored, and the way ahead seems unclear.

​Yet we are never truly alone.

​Our Guru walks this path with us and the Triple Gem light the way. One of the most precious gift that our Guru has given us is Insightful Praises. Our Guru has made a vow - not once, but time and again - that for all who are moved by these praises of the Triple Gem, all who sing with a full heart, perform with vigor, or simply immerse themselves wholeheartedly in the melody, she will guide every one of us to realise the Three Principal Aspects of the Path , until we attain Buddhahood in the soonest time.

​Offering Insightful Praises. Learning the Lamrim. Eternally following the footsteps of our Buddha.

​This is our method. This is our joy. This is our path.

​【 道 】吉祥悦 2026

​修行之路，殊胜而难得。 在修行的道路上，我们有时感到孤独前行；有时仿佛踏入未知之境，前路茫然，不知所措。

​然而，我们从未真正孤单。佛陀与上师始终与我们同行，三宝时时为我们指引方向。而上师赐予我们最珍贵的礼物之一就是赞颂！

​上师说她在做赞颂的时候，她发誓所有被赞颂感动的人，跟用全力的心去唱，还有演奏，还有去指挥，用他的心去合着赞颂的人，她一定要让他速疾成佛，要让他尽快地在内心证悟三主要道。这是上师一遍一遍发下的誓言。

​唱着赞颂， 学着广论， 永远追随佛陀。

​让我们一起跟着赞颂优美的旋律，领受师长给予我们的的加持与摄受，永远追随佛陀，直至无上菩提！

​欢喜种正因， 成就菩提 【道】
