Native Plant Corps Incubator Event

​Bring home native plants & seed, knowledge and camaraderie.

This one-day workshop is the start of Native Plant Corps, a new Edmonton effort to increase the number of native plants growing in the city. These plants are hardy, resilient and offer much needed habitat to native pollinators and birds.

​The day:

12:00 - Arrival, getting situated
12:30 - First Presenter (Marci, event host)
1:00 - Second Presenter (Manna with Arnica Wildflowers)
2:00 - Third Presenter (Dan with Fescue Naturalization)
3-6 - Selecting plants, winter sowing demonstration, sign painting craft

​Space is limited so please register in advance. Open to anyone in Edmonton. We are based in Lansdowne and would love to see neighbours there.

After the workshop we will be in touch with those that feel inspired to continue propagating and distributing native plants with us!
